Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of audio mastering services by Toby Campen Mastering ("the Engineer") to any artists using the service ("the Client"). By commissioning the Engineer’s services, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
The Engineer offers audio mastering services, including but not limited to EQ balancing, compression, limiting, stereo enhancement, and preparation for distribution. Additional services may be provided upon request and may incur extra charges.

3. Payment Terms
3.1 The Client agrees to the pricing listed on the Engineer’s website unless otherwise agreed to before work commences. 3.2 A deposit may be required before work begins. 3.3 Full payment is required before final files are delivered. 3.4 Payments shall be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Go Get Paid or Stripe. 3.5 Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Turnaround Time
4.1 Turnaround time will be estimated upon order confirmation. 4.2 Expedited services may be available at an additional cost. 4.3 The Engineer is not responsible for delays caused by the Client’s failure to provide necessary files or feedback in a timely manner.

5. Revisions
5.1 The Client is entitled to unlimited revisions within 30 days of receiving the first approved master, at the Engineer’s discretion. 5.2 Additional revisions beyond this period may be subject to extra fees. 5.3 Changes requested after final delivery will be subject to extra fees.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 The Client must provide suitable, high-quality, properly prepared audio files. 6.2 The Client must clearly communicate any specific requirements before work begins. 6.3 The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary rights and permissions for the audio provided.
7. Delivery Format
7.1 Masters will be delivered in formats agreed upon prior to the work taking place or specified in the Client’s submission form. 7.2 The Engineer is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect format requests by the Client.
8. Copyright and Ownership
8.1 The Client retains full rights to the original recordings. 8.2 The Engineer retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio, unless otherwise agreed. 8.3 The Client grants the Engineer permission to use the final master for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Engineer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses resulting from the use of the mastered audio. 9.2 The Engineer does not guarantee commercial success of the mastered material. 9.3 In the event of any issues arising from the mastering process, the Engineer's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
10.1 Cancellations must be made in writing. 10.2 Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. 10.3 Refunds will not be given once final files have been delivered.
11. Confidentiality
11.1 Both parties agree to keep all communications, materials, and work-in-progress confidential. 11.2 The Engineer will not share the Client’s audio or personal details without permission.
12. Test Masters
12.1 Test masters are provided for evaluation purposes only. 12.2 Test masters may not be used for commercial release, distribution, or public performance. 12.3 Any unauthorised use of test masters will be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
